A new booking policy is being put in place at Cardiff City House of Sport and Cardiff International Sports Campus.

Due to a number of issues regarding payment with a few customers, we’ve now got no option but to change our policy on new and one-off bookings. Starting from today, all new bookings will now need to be paid upfront before their session begins.

Facilities affected include all multi-sport courts (HoS2 & HoS3), both indoor 3G pitches (HoS1 & CISC), the outdoor 3G pitch (CISC) and the roller rink (HoS3).

All bookings can be paid via telephone or in reception at House of Sport. If you have booked a session one of our indoor or outdoor 3G pitches at Cardiff International Sports Campus, you will also need to follow this rule.

This new booking policy will not affect ad-hoc bookings or weekly regular customers based on our database and current booking system.
