Indoor: 3G Indoor Pitch, Courts in the Multipurpose Hall, Classroom Hire, Fitness studios, Physiotherapy Room, Gym, External Sports Facilities at Cardiff International Sports Campus


    1. Booking requests can be in writing (including email), made using a booking form, online or by telephone.
    2. Bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation email is issued. Once a booking is made the fee will become payable unless the booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy set out at paragraph (4) below.
    3. Details of times for weekday and weekend off peak and peak bookings are available online and are subject to change on reasonable notice.
    4. Bookings cannot be made by any person under the age of 18.

    Hirers should satisfy themselves as to the equipment that is provided by CCHoS and will be required to provide additional equipment at their own cost. All equipment must be returned to its storage area by the Hirer at the completion of the hiring period.

    CCHOS will not provide corner posts, balls, flags, rope barriers or cones but will provide goal posts , basketball nets and netball nets.


    1. Full payment must be received at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with management.
    2. Payment can be made using debit or credit card, cash or bank transfer
    3. Where or if a booking is invoiced one month in advance (Club block bookings only), payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of the invoice.
    4. Details of the booking fees are available online and are subject to change on reasonable notice. Block booking discounts may be available (10+ consecutive bookings made).
    5. All sums payable by the Hirer are exclusive of any VAT that may be chargeable.
    6. The Hirer will be charged additional fees if the use exceeds the booked time or if the facility requires additional cleaning, ground restoration or repairs due to damage deemed by CCHoS not to be fair wear and tear.

    1. CCHoS reserves the right to cancel, transfer or alter any booking, if:
      1. in the opinion of CCHoS, the facility or playing surface is in a hazardous condition, being repaired or not fit for play. In these cases, as much notice will be provided as feasible but due to circumstances could occur on the same day as a booking; or
      2. payment for bookings is outstanding; or
      3. CCHoS determines that the facility is required for another purpose. In this case, CCHoS will provide at least five (5) working days’ notice; or
      4. CCHoS determines that participants / players are not wearing acceptable footwear. In this case, CCHoS will not provide a refund the the Hirer;
    2. Cancellations by Hirers should be submitted to CCHoS in writing (email is acceptable) no less than 5 days (general bookings) or 14 days (larger events) prior to the booking, otherwise the full fee will be charged unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.
    3. No refund of any deposit will be made for non-use of booked facilities, unless a booking is cancelled in writing at least 7 days prior to the date the facility is booked.

    1. The cost of general cleaning is included in the hire fee. Where additional cleaning is required as determined by CCHoS, the cost (£20/hr) will be paid by the Hirer.
    2. If a facility or ground is found to be in disorder at the commencement of booking, it should be reported to CCHoS staff.

    1. CCHoS is not liable for:
      1. the death of, or injury to the Hirer or any of its party and users of the facility; or
      2. damage to or theft of any possessions or any property of the Hirer or any of its party and users of the facility; or
      3. any losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs or expenses or other liability incurred by the Hirer in respect of its use of the facility; or
      4. the acts or omissions of any other user of the facility.
    2. Nothing in 9 shall limit or exclude the liability of CCHoS for:
      1. death or personal injury or damage to property caused by negligence on the part of CCHoS or its employees or agents; or
      2. any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for CCHoS to exclude or restrict liability.

    No facility may be sublet or reassigned to any other organisation or individual, without written permission from CCHoS.


    1. Parking or driving vehicles on sports fields, footpaths or any other areas designated “NO PARKING” is strictly prohibited. The Cardiff City away car park can be used by users of the facility for parking.
    2. The Hirer must ensure that all participants / players are wearing the correct and accepted footwear for the facility booked.
    3. The display of advertising material, such as signs or banners is prohibited without prior written permission from CCHoS. CCHoS reserves the right to remove non-compliant signage.
    4. The hirer must use the facility and its associated equipment in a safe and proper manner and at all times, the hirer must comply with signs or directions given by CCHoS staff or any other persons authorised by CCHoS.
    5. Food and drink is only permitted in the designated cafeteria area. Any spillages must be reported to the nearest member of staff.
    6. No pets are allowed on CCHoS property. Dogs accompanying people with disabilities are excepted.
    7. All rubbish and litter must be deposited in the bins provided, and facilities left in a tidy condition.
    8. Smoking and the taking of non prescription drugs is prohibited in any CCHoS building.
    9. Offensive or indecent behaviour is prohibited.
    10. You must not do anything (or omit to do anything) which may cause damage or loss to our property or facilities, to other Participants or cause nuisance, annoyance, disturbance, inconvenience or injury to any other persons on the premises.
    11. The facility must only be used for it’s agreed purpose.
    12. The hirer is responsible for the supervision, control and behaviour of their group (including players, officials, spectators, visiting teams and children) during the period of hire. A designated adult must always accompany any person or group under the age of 16.
    13. We reserve the right to terminate the stay/use of our facilities by any person(s) whom we reasonably consider to be in breach of these general rules, and such persons may be required to leave CCHOS immediately. No refunds will be made in this event, and we will not accept liability for any expenses, claims, losses or costs incurred as a result of such termination.
    14. For the purposes of the Contracts (Right of third Parties) Act 1999 this agreement is not intended to, and does not, give any person who is not a partyto it any right to enforce any of its provisions.
    15. This agreement is governed and construed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    1. In the event of the fire alarm sounding whilst the Hirer is using the facility, all users are to make their way to the assembly point at the front of the building.
    2. The fire exit is the main entrance. The pitch/hall has an alternative fire exit.
    3. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that all of its party has evacuated the building.
    4. If the Hirer discovers a fire, the Hirer should activate an alarm by hitting the call points which are located in the main entrance, at the top of the first floor staircase and by the alternative exit on the pitch.

Failure to comply with any of the ‘Terms and Conditions of Use’ will result in the cancellation of your booking, without a refund.
