On the 23rd of July, Wales’s strongest men and women joined us at our facility, at Cardiff International Sports Campus, to compete for the Strongman title. Some of the biggest names in Strongman attended, all wanting to be crowned Wales’s Strongest Man/Woman. Competitors included:
