So lately we’ve been approached by a lot of corporate event organisers who are getting increasingly frustrated at the lack of venues in Cardiff that are able to accommodate a large number of guests for exhibitions, conferences, dinners, award ceremonies and general large scale events.

Our 63m x 42m (or 2646 m2) venue is ideal for large scale functions such as various sports events, business dinners and exhibitions. The House of Sport has successfully hosted events such as the UEFA Futsal Cup and Ty Hafan‘s Bubble Football Tournament. Both of these organisations utilised the venue for it’s sports pitches and also for the inclusion of various catering and merchandise stalls alongside their respective operations.

The House of Sport is hosted it’s first ever formal dinner event on Friday the 15th November; St Josephs ABC Annual Boxing Dinner Show. The arena held a boxing ring, 40 circular guest tables, spectator seating for an additional 150 people, and a fine dining service provided by Spiros of Cardiff. This event took place on just two thirds of the overall space available!

Since this show, the House of Sport has been snapped up for additional white collar and MMA show nights by a number of organisations! Our first large scale exhibition in association with Introbiz will take place in September this year!
