Cardiff City House of Sport is extremely proud to congratulate Thomas Waites, of the Cardiff City Downs Syndrome team, on his fantastic achievement as the winner of the Cardiff City FC Club Goal of the Season 2012/2013.

Tom, who scored his belter at Cardiff City House of Sport, beat the likes of Craig Conway and Joe Ralls to take home this prestigious award.

If that fantastic accomplishment was not enough in itself, Tom also helped his DS Active team win the Premier League tournament recently! Well done Tom!

The runner up prize was scooped up by Danielle Broadhurst of the Cardiff City Women’s Team. Danielle’s wonder strike was scored against Aberystwyth.
